PUBG Jungle Adventure Mode has been the most recent addition to the game and is presently accessible in PUBG Mobile. A new set of mechanics and exciting gameplay has been added to PUBG Mobile. This mode is exclusive to Sanhok, and players are randomly placed into the mode when playing in Classic mode.
THE RE-LAUNCH OF JUNGLE ADVENTURE MODE:
The mode was released on June 1 but had to be removed after some players found it offensive and insulting to their religious values. As the mode contained certain “totems” earlier. Players had to pray in front of them to gain items, health, energy, and other benefits. The Muslim community found this offensive as idol worshipping is prohibited in Islam. The mode has been launched again with some changes.
Tencent has now made some changes to the mode. Item crates are added instead of totems. These crates provide the same perks as the totems used to provide. The praying animation has been removed as well.
Discussed below in detail is a complete Jungle mode guide and what features lie there for us to find out!
HOT AIR BALLOONS:
Hot air balloon is an all-new feature that permits players to scout the wilderness of Sanhok for enemies and mysterious item crates, from the skies. The hot air balloons can just go up or down and cannot be used to go around the map. Once you jump in and on board, you can launch it into the air. Players can likewise jump off from the balloons when they find the need to land. When they jump, the parachute is deployed, permitting the player to arrive on the ground securely.
Calling the hot air balloons ‘a Sanhok version of Drones’ will not be wrong.
MYSTERIOUS JUNGLE FRUIT:
A mysterious jungle fruit can be found distributed throughout the pastures of Sanhok. Players can pick them up and eat them, to experience special magical effects. The jungle fruit does the following:
- The distance of footsteps, gunshots, and vehicle sounds are visible on the mini-map.
- It restores 50 percent of the player’s energy.
- It displays the location of air-drops on the map.
However, in addition to the special effects, these fruits taste a “little strange” and make the player dizzy and blur the vision. You can store them in your backpack and keep eating them later on.
SPECIAL ITEM CRATES:
Different item crates can be found scattered on the map. They are in different colors and carry various powers. They come in three different colors; red, yellow, or blue. Also, they can be opened by clicking on ‘open the crate’. This might take a few seconds.
- Red item crates: These contain weapons and ammo. They also repair the player’s armor.
- Blue item crates: These contain throwables and scopes. They will also repair some of the player’s energy.
- Yellow item crates: These contain medical items and armor. They will restore some of the player’s health as well.
Entering this mode is purely random and based on luck. If you’re in, you’ll find ‘Jungle Adventure’ written on the bottom right of your screen. You have to download Sanhok map and enter in Classic mode. If you are lucky enough, you will be put into the jungle mode.
This is all that has been added to the new PUBG mode.
