PUBG arcade gaming mode is the ‘adrenaline rush’ of the Battlegrounds. In contrast to the Classic Mode of 100 players and the vast map, Arcade Mode contains 28 players and a tiny map area with short game duration. This mode is perfect for the players on the go. With all guns blazing, arcade mode is like the PUBG Mobile on fire. Players do not get a chance to settle down right after they land onto the map. There is a war at hand, and only the fast and the furious fights it the best.
HOW TO PLAY THE ARCADE MODE:
In arcade mode, the duration of the match shrinks down to 5 to 10 minutes, with 28 players landing onto the map, versus the usual 100. The Lobby wait is shorter, and you drop into a smaller restricted territory. The play zone starts to shrink not long after you are on the ground – so there’s no opportunity for strolling around and scavenging for your favorite weapon.
To have any possibility of surviving, you have to jump on the ground as fast as could into a house and gather weapons. The weapons are more generously placed than in classic gaming. Since Arcade is, for the most part battling in cities and compact areas, you have to keep an eye on the windows. You will see individuals running outside, and anybody with a scope can easily track you down.
Arcade mode also has a few novelty modes, including Quick Match, Sniper Training, and War.
A quick match is an 8-minute match with a random variation of weapons. It contains snipers only, shotguns only, pistols only, and melee weapons only. There’s also an “item heaven” mode that is flooded with high-level loot and contains all air-drop supplies and weapons. It is exclusive to Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok. Moreover, maps that are not downloaded will not appear in the game.
Sniper training is a 15-minute match and helps the players to master their sniping abilities. This mode contains Sniper Rifles(AR) and Sniper Rifles (Bolt Action). It is exclusive to Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok. Likewise, maps that are not downloaded will not appear in the game.
War is a limited-time mode that only opens on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. In this mode, players do not have to scavenge for weapons. The players parachute onto the map with weapons and endless respawns. They earn 3 points when killing an enemy and 1 point when reviving a teammate. Whosoever reaches the specified points first wins the match. It is to be noted that Royal Pass missions cannot be completed in this mode.
Like the other two modes, war is also exclusive to Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok. Similarly, maps that are not downloaded will not appear in the game.
Does arcade mode affect pubg rank?
No, Arcade mode doesn’t affect the player ranking in PUBG. Arcade mode is an excellent warm-up for the players, but it does not help the players raise their ranks. If you want to gain better ratings, which will, in turn, determine your ranking during a PUBG season, you will have to play in Classic mode.
